A Dusting

A dusting of snow is all we've had, less than the weatherman forecast. These "flowers" were at the viewpoint memorial, where there wasn't much snow, but where the wind off Malaspina Strait on Tuesday morning was bitterly cold.

Just a dusting, which is very similar to what it looks like here. I think Toronto has more than we have an hour north of the city.

Brrr.. be thankful that the storm missed you... several hundred thousand people without power around Puget Sound and the snow/ice is still here this morning... no school (of course)... but I'm thinking I'll get out to shoot some photos.

It's white down here too but it won't be for long.

Count your blessings. I think the Puget Sound region has taken the worst of this storm. The Olympic Peninsula has gotten a good dusting, but so far none of the ice and wind that's causing so much mysery. Stay warm!

Glad you escaped the heavy snowfall!

We had a lot of snow this morning but is melting with the rain at the moment. Pretty flowers against the white snow.

Beautifuk pic. We're due for rain, time to say goodbye to the snow.

We had a bit more than a dusting the past few days. But it should melt by Monday as temps are climbing. Yay!
